Simple Berry Lemon Smoothie Bowl

Fresh, tasty and good for you.

  • 5 oz lemon yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk I used almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries I used raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • lemon zest to taste
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu optional


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with fresh berries like raspberries or blackberries, lemon zest, chia seeds and even dried goji berries. 

  3. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This can be tweaked very easily depending on how thick you like your smoothie bowls. Have fun with it!
